TERMS & CONDITIONS AND FURTHER INFORMATION
1) The Bowl will be open to ticket holders from 1.00pm Sat 23rd and 3.00pm Sun 24th. 2) There will be a wide variety of refreshments at both concerts. 3) Bottles of wine and champagne are allowed beyond the ticket barriers on Sunday 24th with a proof of corkage ticket; if not a charge will be levvied 4) The use of naked flames or barbecues is not permitted within Crystal Palace Park or the concert arena. 5) Reserved chair seating is available (PROMS ONLY); please consult your ticket agent for details. Patrons are not allowed to bring their own chairs, however the use of back rests is allowed. 6) Dogs are not permitted beyond the ticket barrier, except guide dogs. 7) The weather can disrupt any open air event. Any decision to cancel a concert will be taken at the advertised start time. No refund will be given if the concert starts but is later abandoned. 8) All offers are subject to availability. Any offers that are made are not applicable to tickets already purchased. 9) The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission and to require any ticket holder to leave the arena. 10) We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded 11) Other Terms & Conditions may apply. Please see reverse of ticket. FURTHER INFORMATION 1) Disabled patrons are welcome to our concerts. There is provision for preferential parking, a reserved disabled viewing area and toilet facilities. If you need any further assistance please ask one of our stewards who will be happy to assist you. Guide dogs are welcome but please advise our stewards if you attend the concert with fireworks finalé. 2) Car parking is available at Crystal Palace Park; please consult your ticket agent for details on concessions reserved parking (on the day parking is £10) |
